Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) welterweight champion Robbie Lawler makes his first title defense against no. 3 welterweight contender Rory Macdonald. The Lawler vs. MacDonald rematch co-headlines the UFC 189 happening at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada on Saturday, July 11. It's a must-see fight we can't afford to miss fans as it should be an all-out war!

Robbie Lawler and Donald MacDonald fought an exciting and gruesome competitive match in November 2013 at UFC 167 with Lawler winning it via a split-decision. Media entities scored the fight at 29-28.

"Ruthless" has an impresive record since his return to the UFC in 2013 with wins over Johny Hendricks, Matt Brown Jake Ellenberger, Rory MacDonald, Bobby Voelker and Josh Koscheck with the only defeat coming to Hendricks in a close fight at UFC 171, however Robbie Lawler redeemed himself in the rematch at UFC 182 and earned UFC's 170-pound belt.

"Red King" finally gets highly expected rematch against no. 1 Robbie Lawler.Since losing to the latter, the Canadian protege has defeated star-studded pugilists including Top 10-ranked contenders like Demian Maia, Tyron Woodley and Tarec Saffiedine.

MMA oddsmaker Nick Kalikas has MacDonald as -140 favorite (bet $140 to win $100) while Lawler opened as underdog at +100 (bet $100 to win $100) at 5Dimes Sportsbook. This is the long-awaited rematch between two of the best welterweight fighters.

Who do you think will win the big rematch between Lawler & MacDonald?

A night of exciting fights that will surely brind down the MGM Grand. We are totally freaking excited for this fight to takes place. So fans, don't miss to watch UFC 189 live pay-per-view streaming on your television set, PC and mobile devices. Enjoy!
